Dim sum Vegan Gluten Free
This time I tried to make vegan dim sum with a gluten
free skin layer. At first I had a failure and then I kept trying to make it
again by changing the dosage until I finally got the right one.
here is the recipe
Ingredients:
(Ingredients for Dim Sum Skin)
90 gr of rice flour
60 gr gluten-free wheat flour
110-130 grams of hot water
pinch of salt
(Ingredients for Dim Sum)
150 gr ear mushrooms
360 gr silken tofu / (1 ½ pieces of silken tofu)
50 gr gluten free wheat flour
(Dim sum complementary seasoning)
1 tbsp sweet soy sauce
1 tsp granulated sugar
1 tsp soy sauce
2 tsp mushroom stock
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp ground pepper
1 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp sesame oil
How to make
Step 1
The first step is to make dim sum skin by mixing all
the ingredients in a clean container. Knead the dough until smooth
Step 2
Roll out and flatten the dough and then print it in a
round shape with any round mold. Sprinkle tapioca flour on each layer of dim
sum skin so it doesn't stick. Then place in a closed container. Set aside first
Step 3
The next step is to make the dim sum filling. Prepare
the ingredients. Cut the ear mushrooms into small pieces or you can use a
chopper to crush them with a fork. Then add tapioca flour and all the
complementary spices
Step 4
After the dim sum skin and the filling have been made,
the next step is to take a piece of the dim sum skin and fill it. After that,
wrap the dim sum while pressing the walls of the dim sum skin until the filling
solidifies. Then put it in a container that has been given tapioca flour on the
bottom base
Step 5
Heat the steamer until it boils then put the dim sum into the steamer. Then steam over medium heat for about 10 minutes. Make sure the steamer base has been smeared with cooking oil. (I use a non-heat plate as the base for the steamed dim sum). After it is cooked, Vegan gluten free dim sum is eaten.
