easy vegan bread recipe
Ingredients:
350 gr high pro flour
3 tablespoons vegetable oil / olive oil
1 1/4 tsp yeast
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp granulated sugar
1/2 tsp baking powder
200 ml of warm water

How to make:
Step 1
Mix flour, sugar, salt, baking powder, yeast and stir
until well blended.
Step 2
Add oil, stir well. Then add warm water. Knead until
the ingredients are evenly mixed.
Step 3
It is better to knead with shoes because the texture
of the dough is a little soft.
Step 4
When it is well mixed, the dough is rested for about 1
hour.
Step 5
After 1 hour the dough will expand then stir again
with the shoe then rest again 30 minutes.
Step 6
After 30 minutes, flatten the dough to release air in
the dough, and then roll the bread dough. Put it in the tin that has been
prepared, then rest again for about 45 minutes.
Step 7
Bake with an initial temperature of 170° for about 10 minutes with low heat, then move to 180° for approximately 20 minutes using high heat.
