Vegan spinach gnocchi with mushroom

Gnocchi is the basic ingredient of potatoes mixed with semolina flour, typical for Italy, so it's still like pasta. But because the supermarket runs out, I use all-purpose flour. It feels the same. And there should be some kind of stripes so that the sauce sticks and there is a mold or you can use the back of a fork too.
